Job summary

Churchill Group is seeking an Ambulance Cleaner & Stock Co-Ordinator at Wexham Ambulance Station. The role involves deep cleaning ambulances and ensuring equipment is ready and stocked to high standards. You’ll be part of a team dedicated to safety and infection control, with training provided.

Salary is £14.64 per hour, with a permanent, full-time contract and a 40.25-hour week pattern. DBS clearance is required and a C1 driving license is essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ambulances, rapid response cars and patient transport vehicles to an approved standard, including deep cleaning to infection control standards.
• Test all medical equipment deployed on the Trust’s vehicles to ensure it is fit for purpose and in working order.
• Replace used or broken Make Ready packs and repack and seal response bags for immediate use.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness as part of a collaborative Churchill team.

Cleaning is Churchill’s largest long-established business area and as an Ambulance Cleaner & Stock Co-ordinator you will have the all-important duty of preparing ambulances, rapid response cars and patient transport vehicles to an approved standard, which includes deep cleaning to an infection control standard. You’ll be part of a friendly team, all working together to create outstandingly clean and safe environments that make our clients happy.

As an Ambulance Cleaner & Stock Co-ordinator, you will be looking after Wexhamand will test all medical equipment deployed on the Trust’s vehicles to ensure equipment is fit for purpose and in working order, replacing all used or broken Make Ready packs and to replace the response bags with repacked and ready to use sealed bags.
