Integrated Care 24 Ltd (IC24) is seeking Health Advisors to be the calm, first point of contact for NHS 111 callers. You’ll use guided pathways to assess needs, guide patients to the right care, and work in a fast-paced environment with ongoing training and support from clinicians.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to stay calm and empathetic in demanding situations.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rota, including weekends.

Aufgaben

• Answer NHS 111 calls and listen to patients’ concerns.
• Assess needs using NHS Pathways and approved processes.
• Signpost to the right care: self-care, primary care, urgent care or emergency services.
• Maintain patient safety and high-quality care in fast-paced environments.
• Record information accurately across multiple IT systems.
• Complete ongoing training and development.
