Education Supply Pool is seeking Newly Qualified Teachers to start induction and gain experience in Caerphilly-area schools. This position supports NQTs across Caerphilly and surrounding boroughs, including Newport and Monmouthshire, offering varied placements and development opportunities.

Successful candidates will have QTS or a PGCE BA in Education, KS1/KS2 experience, and a proven ability to teach within the UK. Competitive daily rates and supportive management are provided.

Qualifications

• Have obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) OR a PGCE BA in Education.
• Have previous experience teaching Key Stage 1 / Key Stage 2.
• Have experience of teaching within the UK.
• Be able to set high standards.
• Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline.
• Have an innovative and a creative approach to teaching.
• Be able to inspire and motivate pupils.
• Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum.
• Maintain necessary assessment of pupils.

Salary: £173.00 a day.

Location: Caerphilly.

• -A minimum pay rate of at least M1 (Currently £166.33 per day),
• -A team with over twenty years’ experience in both small, local, and large national education agencies,

• -A variety of daily, short-term, and long-term positions to suit your needs,
• -No need for completion of time sheets, and
• -Pay via PAYE direct through Education Supply Pool and not an umbrella company.
