Job summary

Teaching Tomorrow is recruiting a KS2 Teacher to join a network of welcoming primary schools across Bedfordshire. The role suits an experienced KS2 teacher or an ECT with a strong interest in KS2.

You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess progress, and support pupil development within an inclusive learning environment. The ideal candidate holds QTS (or is completing their ECT) and can build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is currently completing their ECT.
  • Has experience teaching Key Stage 2 or a strong interest in KS2.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated KS2 lessons.
  • Teach the KS2 curriculum effectively.
  • Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching as needed.
  • Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff.
