Job summary

Teach Now Limited is seeking an Early Career Teacher (ECT) for an exciting role in Ealing. You will plan and deliver engaging primary lessons, establish positive routines and assess pupils to adapt teaching as needed.

You will support children with SEND and work with Teaching Assistants to create an inclusive learning environment. The position welcomes newly qualified teachers who wish to develop their practice, maintain high expectations, and grow professionally within a supportive school

Early Career Teacher (ECT) - Ealing Location: Ealing, London Salary: £40,372-£42,484 per annum Contract: Full-time, long-term temporary Start Date: 8 September 2026

Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications and will fall within the advertised ECT range of £40,372-£42,484.
