We support newly qualified nurses in consolidating their skills and knowledge through a comprehensive 12-month preceptorship program delivered by clinical educators and specialist teams, both face-to-face and via Teams.

Our aim is for DBTH to be the best place to work, delivering outstanding care and engaging with staff to understand their needs.
