Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is assisting a well-established Northamptonshire practice to hire a Private Client Solicitor. You will handle a broad caseload including wills, probate, trusts and lasting powers of attorney, delivering clear legal advice and supporting business development.

The role is full-time, based in Northamptonshire, with PQE from NQ upwards and a salary of £40,000 to £60,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with NQ level or higher in private client law.
• Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts and LPA.
• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad and varied private client caseload including wills, probate, trusts and LPA work.
• Provide clear legal advice to clients and progress matters independently.
• Support business development within the private client department.
