Job summary

The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Exeter is seeking a qualified Diagnostic Radiographer to join the Northern Radiography team. You will perform a range of radiographic imaging procedures across the department, on wards and in theatre, adhering to IR(ME) 2024 and local safety procedures.

A supportive preceptorship will help you consolidate skills in a modern, digital radiology service.

Qualifications

• Qualified radiographer with HCPC registration and compliance with IR(ME) Regulations 2024.
• Ability to deliver safe, high-quality imaging across department, wards and theatre.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of radiographic imaging procedures in the department, on wards and in theatre.
• Adhere to ionising radiation safety regulations and local procedures.
• Support efficient patient flow and contribute to daily radiology operations.
• Participate in the preceptorship programme to develop clinical skills and confidence.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
