• The appointed Corporate Solicitor will join a team known for providing excellent technical advice and exceptional commercial awareness.

• The team serves a diverse client base, including multinational companies, international investors, and entrepreneurs.

• The Corporate Solicitor can choose to specialise in a particular area or handle a broader M&A caseload.

• The role requires the Corporate Solicitor to start effectively from day one, managing a busy caseload and supporting junior team members.

• The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and be an NQ or have similar experience from a recognized law firm. Experience in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements, is preferred.

• Paralegals with strong academics, at least 12 months of corporate exposure, and a commitment to corporate law are encouraged to apply.

• The Corporate Solicitor should have strong business development skills and be committed to supporting the growth of other areas of the firm, with training provided if needed.
