Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a User Researcher to join our Newcastle-based UX & Design team. You will lead user research sessions, recruit participants, and translate insights into actionable requirements within Agile delivery teams.
The role involves collaboration with product owners, service managers, designers and developers to shape digital client services. The position requires experience with Government Design System (GDS) and a strong user-centred design mindset across multiple
Formación
- Experience as a User Researcher.
- Experience with Government Design System (GDS) standards.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum teams.
Responsabilidades
- Lead on planning, recruiting and conducting user research sessions for digital client services and projects.
- Lead recruitment briefs, conduct sessions remotely or face-to-face, analyze sessions and report to team/stakeholders.
- Align research activities to influence decision making and to support product direction.
- Collaborate with product owners and service managers to devise research strategies that generate insights.
- Translate findings into high-quality stimulus material for design and prototyping.
- Turn user data into actionable requirements feeding into prototype development.
- Work within Agile delivery teams and advocate for users.
- Share knowledge with UX & Design Team to foster learning.
