Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of general building works including brickwork, blockwork, plastering and basic joinery
• Assist with property refurbishments, extensions and structural alterations
• Undertake demolition, site preparation and finishing works
• Carry out repairs and maintenance across various projects
• Work from drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality
• Support and coordinate with other trades such as plumbers, electricians and tilers
• Maintain and care for tools, equipment and materials
• Keep a tidy, safe and well-organised working environment at all times
• Follow site health & safety procedures and company standards
