Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Joiner/Carpenter to join a family-run builder based in Northwich, CW8. This full-time, permanent role involves delivering precision joinery, fitting kitchens, doors and staircases, and completing first and second fix carpentry on new builds, extensions and renovations.

You will work on residential projects across Cheshire, with responsibilities ranging from skirting and doors to roof timbers, in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven joinery experience (3+ years preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Full tool kit and own vehicle
• Strong eye for detail and neat finishing skills
• Reliable and hardworking attitude

Responsibilities

• Installing skirting, architraves, and hanging internal doors
• Fitting fascia boards, soffits, and roof timbers
• Installing Joyce’s tongue-and-groove boards and other decorative features
• General site joinery and maintenance work
• Collaborating with other trades to ensure a seamless finish
