Wingstop UK - High Wycombe is seeking an Assistant Manager to open a brand-new restaurant and set it up for success from day one. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to recruit, train, and lead a high-energy team, delivering great food, fast service and consistently high standards.

You’ll manage day-to-day operations, drive performance, and embed effective processes while shaping the store culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership.
• Passion for launching openings and building a team from day one.
• Demonstrated leadership and adaptability in fast-paced settings.
• Energetic, proactive, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist opening and setup of a brand-new Wingstop restaurant.
• Lead and develop a brand-new team under the General Manager.
• Drive performance, service standards and guest experiences.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
