Job summary

Wingstop UK is opening a brand-new restaurant and seeks an Assistant Manager to launch and set up from day one. You’ll work with the General Manager to build a new team, establish ways of working and a high-energy culture. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, train and coach staff, lead shifts and embed processes for a strong start.

This hands-on role rewards ownership and impact in a fast-paced environment, with clear progression into leadership opportunities within the new store.
