Job summary

Wingstop UK is opening a brand-new restaurant and seeking an Assistant Manager to launch the store and set it up for success from day one. You will work closely with the General Manager to build a high-energy, high-performing team and establish efficient ways of working.

You'll own day-to-day operations, train and coach new starters, lead shifts and embed processes to ensure fast service and consistently high standards. This hands-on role offers real responsibility from the start.

• Experience in leading and developing teams in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Proven ability to open and launch new stores successfully.
• Strong leadership, adaptability and ownership mindset.
