Job summary

Hush is opening a brand-new Harrogate store and seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead from day one. You will work with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences, coach the team and manage stock, merchandising and operations to ensure strong store performance.

You will be a visible leader on the shop floor, build authentic connections with customers and positively influence the store’s commercial growth through KPI-driven actions and a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing a retail team.
• Strong customer service and in-store experience.
• Experience coaching, motivating and supporting a retail team.
• Good commercial awareness and confidence working with sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the new Harrogate store on the shop floor and coach the team.
• Deliver warm, personal customer experiences and strong product knowledge.
• Manage stock, visual merchandising and store operations to drive performance.
• Use KPIs and sales data to identify opportunities and actions.
• Collaborate with Head Office to ensure brand standards.
