Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Food Science, Packaging Technology, Sustainability, Product Development, or a related field.
• Experience in NPD, packaging development, or project coordination within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Knowledge of product development processes, packaging materials, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring timelines and milestones are achieved.
• Oversee packaging development, including specifications, supplier coordination, trials, artwork approval, and implementation.
• Maintain product, packaging, and project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Coordinate factory trials, product testing, and commercialization activities.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and external partners to support product and packaging development.
