OHO Group (Lithuania) is seeking an experienced NPI Engineer to lead the introduction of new products into manufacturing. You will manage the transition from development and prototyping to volume production and ramp-up, working with external manufacturers to ensure readiness.

The role requires a strong electro-mechanical manufacturing background, experience across SMT/PCB assembly, and proficiency in DFM/DFA and data-driven process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience as an NPI/Manufacturing/Process Engineer.
• Strong background in electro-mechanical product manufacturing.
• Experience managing NPI projects from concept through to production.
• Understanding of SMT, PCB assembly and electro-mechanical assembly processes.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers.
• Good knowledge of DFM/DFA principles.
• Experience analysing manufacturing data, production yields and process performance.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma, SPC and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of injection moulding and/or metal casting would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

We are working with an established technology business looking to recruit an experienced NPI Engineer to join its growing engineering team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an NPI professional to take ownership of introducing new products into manufacturing, managing the transition from initial development and prototyping through to production and full-scale manufacturing.

The Role

What We’re Looking For
