Job summary

An innovative tech communications organisation in Cambridge is seeking a top-tier NPI Engineer to ensure the validation and qualification of mechanical designs through to product release. • Experience leading the complete NPI lifecycle from concept to production.
• Hands-on experience transferring products from development to assembly and packing.

Responsibilities

• Validate and qualify mechanical designs through to product release.
• Coordinate transfer of products from development to final assembly and pack-out.
• Plan and communicate with cross-functional teams to meet schedules.
• Drive manufacturing readiness and process improvements during NPI.
