Job Title: NPD (New Product Development) Project Manager

Location: RM16 (Hybrid working system – Minimum 1 day per week in the office)

Sector: Food & Supplements

Contract Type: Freelance, with potential to transition into a full-time role

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organised NPD Project Manager to support the Head of New Product Development on a range of upcoming projects. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in the food or supplements industry who enjoys working hands-on in a fast-paced environment.

The role plays a crucial part in the administrative and development process of bringing new products to market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the NPD team with administrative and coordination tasks
• Assist in the development and launch of new products
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams
• Track project timelines and ensure key deadlines are met
• Help manage samples, specifications, and documentation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in NPD ideally within the food or supplements sector
• Able to attend the office at least once a week (RM16)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment
• Interest or experience in Keto, Paleo, or similar diets
• A personal understanding of meat/animal-based products
