We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join The Silver Spoon Company on an initial 3-month Fixed-Term Contract. This role is vital for delivering high-priority, short-term projects that support our growth strategy, improve efficiency, and drive profitability across our product portfolio. Working within the Procurement team, you will lead the coordination and delivery of fast-moving projects through our Stage and Gate process. These include product extensions, seasonal launches, updates to flour regulations involving suppliers, and the development and cost optimization of seasonal flavored icings in collaboration with the Brand team. You’ll also support launches of new and seasonal dessert flavors for Askeys, contribute to signature sauces development, and manage packaging or artwork updates as needed. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Brand, Technical, Supply Chain, and Compliance, and build effective partnerships with suppliers. Your contribution will be essential in ensuring these objectives are delivered efficiently, on time, and with commercial impact.
You will be a capable and proactive Project Manager with a strong understanding of Stage and Gate processes and experience delivering results in complex, fast-paced environments. Your ability to drive projects forward, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and manage competing priorities will be essential.
We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a hands-on role. You should be confident navigating short timelines and tight deadlines, and able to adapt your style to influence both internal and external stakeholders. Experience in FMCG or procurement-led project work is highly desirable.
