Job description

Opportunity to join a talented Food Development team as NPD Manager.

Developing innovative new products for an iconic brand.

Here you’ll be involved in a wide range of NPD projects across multiple categories.

You’ll be taking new concepts from sign off stage through to product launch, working closely with manufacturing partners. This will involve building strong relationships with suppliers, leveraging their capabilities and insight. You’ll write effective briefs for suppliers, manage submissions, consumer taste tests, and product benchmarking.

As NPD Manager, you’ll work closely with the Head of Food Development who drives the innovation strategy and concept creation stage. You’ll have ownership of the critical path, ensuring projects hit key milestones through effectively managing key stakeholders. You’ll need a good track record in delivering NPD projects from concept to launch with a great ability to pull together cross-functional teams.

You’ll use your appetite for all things food related and knowledge of global trends to help develop market-leading new concepts that consumers love. This business already has a great track record in innovation and awards to prove it. You’ll be joining a close-knit team that is passionate about creating great-tasting products that don’t compromise. They have high quality standards and ambition to be the best.

This is a London based role with some travel and option for hybrid working. You’ll need the permanent right to work in the UK, sorry visa sponsorship isn’t available.
