Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with a proven track record to join its Hereford offices. The role covers Wills, Probate, Tax, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney, including administration of estates and high value matters.

You will handle estate planning, Grant of Representation applications, and all post-grant administration while delivering excellent client service and clear communication to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in drafting and technical research for private client matters.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Good commercial understanding and ability to apply legal principles to client circumstances.
• Strong organisation, record keeping and file management.

Responsibilities

• Administration of estates, including high value and complex estates.
• Estate planning including drafting Wills and Trusts.
• Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Preparing Inheritance Tax forms and applying IHT reliefs.
• Applications for the Grant of Representation and post-grant administration.

Overview

TSR Legal have an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor with a proven track record to join a respected and successful firm with offices in Hereford.

This is a varied role dealing with all aspects of Wills, Probate, Tax, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

The role encompasses the Administration of Estates, high value and/or complex estates, estate planning including drafting Wills and Trusts; preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney; Preparing Inheritance Tax forms and applying the appropriate IHT Reliefs, applications for the Grant of Representation and all aspects of post-grant administration;
