Job summary

TSR Legal, in partnership with a well-established firm in Cowbridge, is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join a growing private client department. The role will focus on wills and estates, with a general caseload including LPAs, Probate and Estates; there is room for progression and a chance to walk into an existing caseload.

Candidates should have 3+ years PQE, strong time management and business development skills; salary to £55,000+ plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in private client law.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage own time.
• Business development skills are an advantage.

TSR Legal are working in partnership with a well‑established firm in Cowbridge, with a traditional yet forward‑thinking approach.

This firm has a family feel to it and no shortage of work.

The Position

The firm has an already established and thriving private client department with 3 fee earners and support staff; for the right Private Client Solicitor there is scope for progression. This role is focussed on wills and estates but will be a general caseload of wills, LPA’s, Probate & Estates.

There is a caseload to walk into, however, there will be an element of client development required.

Requirements

• 3 plus years PQE
• Work under minimal supervision
• Manage own time effectively, with initiative and discipline
• Business development skills are a clear advantage
