Eleven Eleven Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Service Manager to lead a brand-new supported living service in King’s Lynn. You will oversee the setup, recruit and develop your team, and maintain high standards of care with safeguarding and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes launching a new service for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities, including PBS and person-centred approaches.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and developing teams in health or social care.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, CQC regulations and related legislation.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, develop and manage a new team (Assistant Service Manager and Support Workers).
• Oversee setup and opening of the new service.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred support and outcomes.
• Implement PBS and Active Support for independence.
• Manage rotas, performance, supervision, training and development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safeguarding and health & safety.
