Job summary

Alan de Maid’s New Homes division is seeking an Estate Agency New Homes Manager to act as the strategic conduit between developers and our branches. You will drive new homes instructions, pricing strategies and sales performance to maximise revenue for the group.

The role demands an estate agency background with listing/valuation expertise and a full UK driving licence, offering autonomy with a Monday–Friday pattern across South East London and The North West Kent region.

Qualifications

• Estate agency background with strong listing, valuation, or branch leadership experience.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key link between developers and our branches to drive new homes instructions and pricing strategies.
• Identify opportunities, advise on market positioning, and build strong B2B relationships that support developer success.
• Maximise revenue for Alan de Maid by driving sales performance across the new homes portfolio.
• Collaborate with developers and the estate agency network to expand the new homes strategy across the Southeast London and Northwest Kent areas.
