Job summary

Connells-Group-2 is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for our New Homes Division, based in Weybridge with focus on South West London and Surrey. You’ll engage house builders, develop client relationships, and source opportunities across the estate agency network, with regular reporting to the Land Management team.

The role requires strong negotiation, development knowledge, and willingness to travel to multiple sites across London and the country, including occasional weekend

Qualifications

• Experience in New Homes/Developer environment or estate agency background
• Strong commercial acumen and industry knowledge
• Residential development knowledge/competency
• Excellent influencing and communication skills
• Analytical and decisive with prioritisation ability

Responsibilities

• Engage with house builders and developers to win instructions for new homes stock
• Build and maintain client relationships using established methods
• Source opportunities and follow up on leads from the estate agency network
• Prepare pricing and marketing reports with the Land Management team to drive downstream income
