Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales process for new homes from enquiry to completion.
• Conduct viewings and present show homes and plots to buyers.
• Maintain relationships with purchasers and provide regular updates.
• Aim to achieve and exceed site sales targets.
• Manage reservations, paperwork and CRM records accurately.
• Coordinate with solicitors and mortgage advisors to progress sales to exchange and completion.
• Stay informed on local market conditions and pricing.
• Keep show home and sales office in top presentation standards.
