Job summary

Maitland Selwyn is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant for a leading housebuilder in the Gloucester area. You will guide buyers from first enquiry through to legal completion, delivering an exceptional customer journey and representing the brand with professionalism.

The role requires at least 2 years' New Homes Sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and excellent organisation with a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' New Homes Sales experience required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work weekends with one weekend off per month.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming prospective buyers and delivering show home tours
• Managing enquiries, reservations, paperwork, and CRM updates
• Guiding customers through the full buying process from enquiry to completion
• Working towards sales targets while maintaining outstanding customer service
• Liaising with site teams, solicitors, and mortgage advisors
• Ensuring the sales area and show homes are presented to a high standard
