Job summary

Maitland Selwyn in the East Midlands is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join a leading housebuilder. This floating role offers a dynamic, customer‑focused sales career guiding buyers through one of life’s major purchases.

You will deliver an exceptional customer journey from enquiry to legal completion, work with site teams, solicitors and mortgage advisors, and maintain show homes to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ New Homes Sales experience essential.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Customer-centric approach with ability to work independently on live development.
• Willing to work weekends with one weekend off per month.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming prospective buyers and delivering engaging show home tours.
• Managing enquiries, reservations, paperwork, and CRM updates.
• Guiding customers through the full buying process from enquiry to completion.
• Working towards sales targets while maintaining outstanding customer service.
• Liaising with site teams, solicitors, and mortgage advisors.
• Ensuring the sales area and show homes are presented to a high standard.
