Job summary

Knightwood Associates Limited is seeking an experienced Office Sales Manager for its busy regional office in the UK. The role supports the sales function from reservation through to legal completion, requiring strong organisation and superb customer service.

You will report to the Sales Director, monitor milestones, liaise with solicitors and purchasers, and produce regular sales reports. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, with a proactive approach to deadlines and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience in an Office Sales Manager or similar role in a new homes developer.
• Understanding of the sales journey from reservation to legal completion.
• Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Progress property sales from reservation through to legal completion.
• Monitor milestones and deadlines to achieve targets.
• Liaise with solicitors, purchasers, financial advisors and internal teams to resolve issues and minimise delays.
• Produce weekly and monthly sales reports for senior management.
• Prepare Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations for board meetings.
• Track sales performance, exchanges and completions against targets.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Support the wider sales team with reporting and forecasting.
• Ensure all sales administration is completed accurately and within timescales.
