An exciting opportunity for a Project Sales Manager has arisen with a high-end new homes developer on site in Brighton, East Sussex.

Reporting into the Sales and Marketing Director, on offer is a basic salary of up to £45,000 plus £75,000 OTE.

This role includes weekend working with Monday and Tuesday off.

You will be a Senior Sales Consultant or Project Sales Manager/Team leader with housebuilder experience.

The Role:

• Drive and hit agreed sales targets, as agreed with the Sales Director
• Hit and exceed all KPI's for sales and customer service
• Contribute to marketing ideas and sales strategy
• Arrange and manage launches and event
• Provide regular reporting to the Sales Director

Key requirements:

• New Homes Sales Experience as a Senior Sales Advisor, Team Leader or Project Sales Manager
• Be able to self-manage
• Customer service led and sales motivated
• Competent with IT systems
• Full UK driving licence

Reporting into the Sales and Marketing Director, on offer is a basic salary of up to £45,000 plus £75,000 OTE.
