The Company

A leading FTSE developer is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee a brand-new scheme launching in Prime Central London. This Role offers international travel multiple times per year and involves managing a team of sales professionals.

The Role:

• You will be developing and implementing sales strategies and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the home buying process working to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns.
• Recruit & manage a team of sales representatives setting performance goals and conducting regular performance reviews.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Work closely with the construction, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community activities to promote brand awareness

The Person:

• Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in New Home sales as a Sales Manager and excellent leadership skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of the new home construction and London real estate markets
• International travel + Career progression
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to a maximum of 33 days with length of service
• £40, Basic Salary, OTE £80, with Monday to Friday Hours
