Job summary

Great Places Housing Group is seeking a Sales Advisor in Didsbury, Manchester. You will market and sell new build shared ownership and market sale homes, manage inquiries, and secure reservations. The role reports to the Sales Manager within Plumlife, the group’s sales and marketing arm.

You will liaise with solicitors, IFAs, valuers, and the development team to ensure quick progression and accurate documentation. Some out-of-hours and weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Competent use of Microsoft Office systems including Word and Excel.
• Experience in a property/development sales environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Sell new build, shared ownership and market sale homes to targets.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and sales leads to maximise conversions.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
• Conduct viewing appointments and explain shared ownership to customers.
