My client is a large house builder specializing in quality homes. They are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work in the Swindon area. The position offers a pro-rata salary of £28,000 and a attractive commission structure.

This role is part-time, working two days a week: Thursday and Saturday.

1. You will be the first point of contact for all customers, providing excellent communication and outstanding customer service.

6. Act as the primary contact up to and including completion.
