Job summary

Cala Homes is seeking a Sales Advisor to drive the sale of our new-build homes. You will own the sales journey from reservation through to exchange and completion, using our CRM to manage stages and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

You will closely monitor market conditions and guide customers through features, incentives and extras to close deals. Weekend availability and a full driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver a memorable customer experience through a consultative approach.
• Experience in housebuilding or customer-facing sales environment.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrating a strong understanding of the local property market.
• Accurately inputting and maintaining customer data within the CRM system.
• Proactively managing your CRM pipeline to maximise conversion.
• Maintaining the highest presentation standards across all customer-facing environments.
• Adhering to all Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
• Conducting market research and sharing insights with Sales Management and Marketing teams.
• Processing administrative tasks efficiently and with strong attention to detail.
• Ensuring compliance with NHQC, GDPR and the Consumer Protection Act.
