Job summary

Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd seeks a confident New Homes Sales Advisor to join a retirement development in Stow-on-the-Wold, North Cotswolds. You will meet prospective residents on-site, conduct viewings and manage enquiries through to sale or rental.

This is a relationship-led, on-site role with a 4-day week and uncapped commission, including £2,500 per sale and £1,500 per rental, plus a £250 monthly CRM bonus. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable meeting customers and closing deals.
• Able to manage enquiries from first contact to sale or rental.

Responsibilities

• Meet prospective residents on-site and conduct property viewings.
• Qualify buyers and renters and follow up leads.
• Guide customers through the sale or rental process and ensure CRM accuracy.
