Marshall Volkswagen Newbury is seeking a results-driven New Car Sales Manager to lead a team and drive high performance in a busy dealership environment. You will manage sales executives, coach the team, and work with cross-functional colleagues to deliver strong commercial results while maintaining exceptional customer experiences.

The role offers a competitive basic salary with an OTE up to £60,000, a company car, 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package

Formación

• Experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
• Recent main dealership experience preferred.
• Strong background in new car retailing.
• Proven leadership and motivation skills.
• Commercially minded with focus on customer service and targets.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives to hit new car and finance targets.
• Lead by example, handle escalations, coach and develop the team.
• Collaborate with General Sales Manager and cross-functional colleagues to drive commercial results.
• Plan and deliver promotions, vehicle display, stock decisions, and forecasting.
