Salary: £45,000 per annum with OTE up to £70,000
Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday to Saturday with one day off each week.
Are you looking for a career-defining role and eager to be part of something new and exciting? Chelmsford JLR is seeking an ambitious and talented New Car Sales Manager to lead the team.
As Sales Manager, you will serve as a role model for customer service excellence, leading by example. You will develop lasting relationships with customers and coach the team to do the same. Reporting to Matthew Gurney, you will oversee our on-site team of Sales Executives. This is an opportunity not to be missed!
You will manage the daily operations of the showroom, including vehicle valuations and sales, supervising the vehicle journey from workshop prep to showroom presentation. Collaboration with the divisional buyer, prep technicians, detailers, and photography team will be essential to meet marketing standards.
Applicants should have prior experience in a similar premium automotive environment, with a proven track record in transactional sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Leadership experience in motivating a team and maximizing individual performance is essential.
Financial monitoring skills, understanding of finance and insurance regulations, and strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
