Pentagon Motor Group Lincoln Peugeot dealership seeks a motivated sales professional focused on delivering exceptional customer service. Build rapport, identify customer needs, and convert opportunities into sales while meeting targets.

You’ll promote add-ons, maintain knowledge of finance options, and provide a first-class buying experience in a target-driven environment. Role requires a full UK driving licence and willingness to undergo DBS disclosure; training and development are provided

Job description

Our passionate sales team at our highly successful Lincoln Peugeot dealership are looking for a new team member with a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service to join their team. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You will:

• Take the time to talk to people & build a genuine rapport in order to identify exactly what your customer needs, turning opportunities into business.
• Meet sales volume targets and maximise profit opportunities with each sale.
• Exceed customer satisfaction and promote long term profitability for the Dealership & Group.
• Telephone prospect new and existing customers.
• Effectively promote and sell additional items such as , paint protection, service plans and warranties.
• Keep up to date with current finance options regulations and legislation to be able to provide our customers with all available options.
  Do you have a retail sales background with experience of achieving targets?
• Do you have a genuine passion for people, making them the main focus in everything you do?
• Are you prepared to provide an outstanding customer buying experience?, Experience working in a target-driven retail sales background.

• The ability to deliver a first class Customer buying experience and maximise every profit opportunity.

• A full, UK driving licence.
• Previous motor industry sales experience is a distinct advantage but not essential as a full training and development programme will be provided from Day 1.
• The successful applicant must agree to a Basic Disclosure under the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) procedures. Employment will be offered to the successful applicant subject to a satisfactory Disclosure report.

This position is working 5 days a week as per the sales rota with Sunday's being one of the days off.
