The position involves mainly virtual work via Zoom or Teams, with some phone calls; it is not a cold-calling role as most leads are provided. We are a dynamic team built on trust and respect, quick to adapt to meet business and client needs.

What you will have:

Your responsibilities:

• Manage multiple new business projects across various lines of business
• Lead client meetings, asking open and closed questions to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Employee Benefits
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Ambitious, team-oriented attitude
• Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office
• Educational background with GCSE Grade C/4 or 5 points in Maths and English (or equivalent)
• Willingness to develop professionally

Preferred:

• Experience in selling or managing employee benefits
• Proven success in securing new business
• CII qualification
