• Collaborative approach and ability to work with account handlers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial business: build and own your pipeline.
• Develop mid-market relationships with larger SME and mid-market clients.
• Build a local network with prospects, introducers and connections in Nottingham and Midlands.
• Convert opportunities from initial conversation through placement with support.
• Work alongside the wider executive team while retaining autonomy over development.
• Help shape the office growth strategy toward proactive new business culture.
