Job description

The primary responsibilities of the successful candidate are:

  • Liaising on a business-to-business level, via telephone and email, to gain new hard asset business on a direct basis.
  • Canvassing leads for referral to the Head of Hard Asset for larger, more complex or ABL opportunities.
  • Focusing on high-volume outbound telesales prospecting and processing proposals for the broker stream during the initial months.
  • Transitioning into an account management role to focus on client retention and development.
  • Achieving targets with regular review of KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Engaging in professional development with the possibility to advance to a Business Development Manager role.
Skills
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable attitude.
  • Proven experience in telesales or customer service roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills, with assertiveness when necessary.
  • Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload under pressure.

Experience
