About the role

We are looking for a dynamic New Business Development Manager for the Northern Region to manage existing accounts and grow the portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales and management track record, preferably in a B2B service market. The role involves leading sales efforts, managing key clients, and collaborating with global teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing local strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Managing and expanding a portfolio of key corporate clients, including responsibility for the Top 10 accounts.
  • Building strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and up-selling opportunities.
  • Implementing new products and tools tailored to local market needs.
  • Collaborating with global account management teams for smooth international customer agreement implementations.
  • Monitoring KPIs and reporting progress to the Sales Director.

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience in a similar B2B sales role, preferably in rental services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel within the Northern Region and attend evening events.
  • Motivated, proactive, and resilient personality.
