Job Description

As a New Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in growing our customer base and providing value to UK businesses. This fast-paced, desk-based role involves generating new business through outbound calls and managing warm leads.

Salary: £40,000 OTE (including £25,000 basic) – uncapped commission

Location: Nelson (5 days office-based)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Your responsibilities include:
• Generating new business via cold calling and lead follow-up
• Building strong client relationships and offering tailored solutions
• Managing your sales pipeline to meet revenue and KPI targets
• Identifying decision makers and initiating contact
• Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
• Receiving coaching to improve performance

This role offers uncapped commission and a clear career progression in a high-performance environment.
