Overview: Superb opportunity for a New Business Development Director to join a truly global agency delivering cutting-edge experiences, events, and exhibitions for high-profile clients.

The Agency: This full-service events and communications agency works with well-known global brands, mainly in healthcare and pharma, to deliver a range of events from large-scale congresses to smaller meetings, often with complex logistics, worldwide. They are expanding and seeking a Director to support growth.

The Role: A highly autonomous yet collaborative position responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities to increase revenue and enhance the agency's global brand presence. Responsibilities include lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, presenting, responding to RFPs, leading pitches, and securing contracts. The role involves working with internal and external stakeholders and may require travel to events.

About You: Proven experience in new business development within the events, exhibitions, and production industry is essential.
