Job summary

PIB Group is seeking a driven New Business Developer to join its PIB Insurance Brokers division in the Specialty segment. You will identify and qualify high-quality leads, open doors with decision-makers, and set the first impression that drives growth while benefiting from strong support and clear targets.

You will generate leads via outbound calls, handle inbound inquiries, and maintain precise records while contributing to a collaborative, career-building environment across PIB Group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment.
• Top-class customer service and communication skills – someone who loves to go above and beyond
• Excellent attention to detail, productivity and organisation while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate quality sales leads through outbound calling (including cold calling and list cleansing), maximising opportunities and meeting agreed quantity and quality targets in line with procedures and regulations.
• Handle inbound commercial sales leads from third parties, supporting the outbound team to convert opportunities.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date and consistent information on databases and within secure, efficient filing systems.
