You will assist clients with renewals, mid-term adjustments, documentation queries, and quotations. You will work closely with account executives on larger cases and build strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximize retention.
Ideal candidates are desk-based Account Handlers/Executives comfortable dealing with a broad range of small and medium-sized clients. Exposure to larger risks is beneficial but not essential.
