VWFS UK is seeking a diligent customer service professional to process dealer finance documents and respond to enquiries. You will verify proposal details, authorise payments to dealers, and maintain compliant processes across internal systems.

The role requires strong communication with dealers, accurate data handling, and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines in a busy environment. A focus on FCA regulations and customer service excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• Full PC literacy is essential.
• Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
• Previous experience in a customer service centre, call centre or finance company is desirable.
• Understanding of the Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act is desirable.
• Strong customer service focus is essential and a friendly manner at all times.
• Able to demonstrate systematic thought processes.
• Able to cope with pressure, meet deadlines, and work a flexible pattern including evenings, weekends and some bank holidays.

This role is responsible for processing appropriate documents for finance submitted by Volkswagen Group Dealers/Retailers - verifying details and ensuring speedy pay out to our dealers. Advisors must possess a keen desire to ensure that dealer applications and queries, either over the phone or through correspondence, are dealt with quickly and efficiently. With key products and services aligned to some of the leading brands in the motor industry, our aim is to ensure second to none service levels and effective communications linked to timely and effective action.
