Job summary

VWFS UK is recruiting to support dealer finance processing and customer inquiries. The role focuses on accurate data entry, validating documentation, and ensuring quick payouts to VWFS UK dealers with a strong emphasis on compliance and service quality.

You will liaise with customer service and other areas to maintain smooth processes, while keeping up-to-date with FCA regulations and internal procedures to deliver excellent results.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Previous experience in a customer service centre or finance setting is desirable.
• Understanding of Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act is desirable.
• Strong customer service focus and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with flexible hours.
• Proficient in handling data and using internal systems with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Responding to dealer enquiries, mainly by phone.

Job description

• Validating customer documentation with proposal details when received and authorising appropriate payment to the dealer.
• Close liaison with other business areas including Customer Services.
• Maintaining your level of understanding of the FCA regulations to ensure you are competent to fulfil your role

This role is responsible for processing appropriate documents for finance submitted by Volkswagen Group Dealers/Retailers - verifying details and ensuring speedy pay out to our dealers. Advisors must possess a keen desire to ensure that dealer applications and queries, either over the phone or through correspondence, are dealt with quickly and efficiently. With key products and services aligned to some of the leading brands in the motor industry, our aim is to ensure second to none service levels and effective communications linked to timely and effective action.

• Full PC literacy essential
• Excellent written and spoken communication capabilities
• Previous customer service centre, call centre or finance company experience is desirable
• An understanding of the Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act is desirable
• Strong customer service focus essential and a customer friendly manner at all times
• Able to demonstrate systematic thought processes
• Able to cope with pressure and meet deadlines, and to work a flexible working pattern incl. evenings and weekends plus some Bank Holidays
